Mozilla has launched the second release candidate (RC2) of Firefox 3. This version of Firefox 3 does not have any features added to it, but contains lots of bug fixes from the previous version. You can read the release notes and known issues before choosing to install this release candidate.
Now that Firefox 3 RC2 has been released on schedule, we can still expect a June release for Firefox 3. Firefox 3 RC2 is being released in more than 45 languages.
thanx 4 da tip nirmal, downloading it right away !
How much longer are they going to make us wait!!! I’ve been upgrading for the last 3 months now!
I dont think it is worthwhile to update now, as many extensions (eg: Greasemonkey) are still not updated to work with FF3. We’ll probably see frantic updating of extensions by authors once FF3 hits shores, and that’d be the right time for an update.
@Aseem,
You are right, its been long time now.
@Sumesh,
Greasemonkey for Firefox 3 is already released.
