You missed out Windows Live OneCare scanner
These are great things to have available when removing viruses from computers (I get plenty of opportunities to provide free help, for better or worse). Another good thing to have is ClamWin Portable.
I have used trendmicro and felt its ok.. I will try kaspersky.. Thanks for sharing
Thanks for the info. I have used panda once. But they are really very slow and they even don’t clean those viruses. They want you to buy their antivirus and then clean them on your desktop.
BitDefender is really good
i have tried the online scanner of BitDefender
I nedd trian version antivirus
Most of the times i use Kasperky antivirus. Its detection rate is awesome and files are usable after cleaning the virus.
I’m often called to look at family member’s/friend’s PCs when they have something wrong. I always tended to use Trend Micro myself, while it might not remove the infection sometimes just putting a name to the problem can be enough. I find that I can usually find manual removal instructions by a quick Google.
