SafeHouse Explorer is a free software for encryption of your personal and confidential files. SafeHouse Explorer makes your secret files invisible and hides them from snoopers, intruders and anyone else who doesn’t have your permission to view them. You can create protected drives with this application and it will show up in My computer, but cannot be accessed unless password is specified.
Once installed, you need to create a drive where you will be storing the information. The drive will be create using the existing space and it can be set to expand once it reaches the specified size.
Once the drive is created and opened with the password (you can also create a shortcut to the drive at desktop), you can view it in My Computer screen.
Once the safe locker is closed, the drive becomes invisible and can be accessed using the shortcut.
SafeHouse Explorer can also protect files residing on any drive, including memory sticks, external USB drives, network servers, CD/DVDs and even iPods. They are provide a U3 version of the application.
SafeHouse is compatible with Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista and provides strong 256-bit Twofish encryption.
