Microsoft has announced that Microsoft Office 2010, Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010, Microsoft Visio 2010 and Microsoft Project 2010 have reached the technical preview engineering milestone. The technical preview is available by invite only and Microsoft has invited selected people to test Office and Visio as part of the Technical Preview program. Office 2010 features lots of changes, new features being added, improvements etc. Office 2010 will also see a change in mobile office suite and a new Office web applications are also being introduced. We will have detailed review on each of the application in Office 2010, but for the time being, here are the screenshots of new Office 2010.

UI looks great and how about the issues posed by fixoutlook.org …are they fixed yet or not ?
That’s a nice looking office suite, let us only hope that it performs as well as it looks!
Really? People think that taking up 25% or more of your screen for every imaginable menu option in a “ribbon” is good? Maybe I’m missing something, but I think it is ugly and a waste of space.
Ribbon is a huge waste of space and only shrinks down your folders viewable area which is the actually useful part, vs. the useless ribbon where you might use one or two of those buttons that was already accessible on the smaller toolbar. Microsoft has to endorse their baby “ribbon” even when it doesn’t make sense to use it.
