We have covered a free utility which could resize and thumbnail your images. RightThumb is another free and useful utility to create thumbnails of your images and that too with Windows Explorer context menu (right click) integration. You can set default conversion options that allow you to specify the thumbnail dimensions, format and file name postfix or prefix as well as compression setting and algorithm to use.
The thumbnails can be saved as bitmap, GIF, JPEG and PNG format. You can set the width or height for the image to make thumbnail.
Once you have set the parameters, you can create thumbnails from the right click menu of Windows Explorer.
