If you are using Google Calender for planning all your tasks, then GMinder should be of great help. GMinder is a free desktop reminder application for Google Calendar which waits in your system tray and alerts you when you have an upcoming Google Calendar event. You can add multiple accounts to GMinder and it downloads the data and makes it available offline. Since it downloads your events, it works offline and enables you to preview your agenda of events.
You can set multiple account in the login screen and then click download for getting the calendar offline. Once the calendar is downloaded, you can see the upcoming events.
From the event interface you can also add new events to your calendar.
The options window allows you to set the refresh rate and also the colors for different event based on the time. You can also add a sound for notifications.
Overall GMinder is a very useful desktop tool for notifying you of events in Google Calendar.
LOL, looks like you have a calendar full of payments to be made. I reviewed this app too, looks pretty good and useful
@Keith Dsouza,
Ha ha ha….that was actually synced from my mobile when I configured push email on XPERIA. 🙂
Seems to be a great app, will try, although I already use Screen Calendar program to have my Google Cal events on desktop, and it works as reminder too.
