AIO Video Converter is a freeware tool which can convert video files between various formats including DVD, MPEG-1/2/4, VCD, AVI, SVCD, MOV, RM, WMV, 3GP. Apart from being a video converter, the software also provides a power way to convert video formats to all popular audio formats, including MP2, MP3, AC3, RA, or M4A. The interface has options to select the quality of converted video and each format has the option to select between excellent quality, low and normal quality.
It supports a variety of formats which includes all the popular ones. Both multithreading and batch conversion supported by the application.
The speed of conversion is also pretty good with a decent user interface.
Nirmal,
I’m new to your site and I like it very much! I’ve looked around and you cover some great software; however, you provide very little editorial or remarks about how a given software compares to other available offerings (freeware).
I’m a non-techie that likes to try to enhance my capabilities through freeware tools like the ones you cover. As a non-techie, I don’t know very much in this arena. I rely on people like you to inform me. You often cover a software tool that may have many freeware competitors, yet you say nothing about the relative qualities of the software you cover versus other options. Most times I can’t tell whether you deem a given freeware good or not so good.
I would like to see more editorial and comparative comments in your coverage of the freeware. Give me a sense of whether you deem a given freeware of high quality, low quality or whatever. For example, in this post about AIO video converter, I can hardly tell whether you like the software or not. One sentence includes the phrase “the software also provides a powerful way to convert video formats….” The word “powerful” might be the only adjective you used in the whole post. My best guess is that you might like this software. I’d also like to see your commentary about how the software compares to other available tools.
These things would make your site more useful to me. In any case, I still enjoy your site and I am grateful that you highlight freeware tools that I can utilize.
