To extract audio tracks from video files, just drag & drop them into main window and a pop up window will show the file format to be converted and other settings related to conversion. If the audio quality is poor, then you can increase audio bitrates.
When you add a file for conversion, the tool asks for settings like file format, start and end position for audio extraction etc.
