Contacts are an important aspect of any webmail service and there might be instances where you have accidently deleted contacts. With the new Gmail feature of Restore Contacts, you do not have to worry about deleted contacts. This new feature added to Google Contacts that allows you to revert your contact list and undo any mistakes made up to 30 days in the past. So in case you deleted a bunch of contacts accidently, head over to restore contacts section in Gmail contacts.
This option can be opened from the More Actions menu under the contacts. You can select the time period or select a custom time period (max is 30 days)
Your contacts will be restored to exactly the same state they were in at that time, any contacts that didn’t exist then will be deleted and any that have since been added will be deleted. So in case you didnt get the time right when you restored the contacts, you can always undo this change by restoring again.
