Simple Sync is a small freeware utility that enables data synchronization between Android phone and Microsoft Outlook through Wi-Fi. You can synchronize tasks, notes, categories, contacts on your phone with Outlook. You need to install the application both on your Android phone and also on your PC. The application is currently compatible with only Android 2.2 and above. Although it is tested on Outlook 2007, it should work with Outlook 2010 as well.

To enable sync it is necessary to add Simple Sync account in the Android: Settings – Accounts and synchronization – Add account. And to pair with PC – start Simple Sync – Pair with PC, fill in IP address or hostname and port (this info is displayed in windows application status bar).
Synchronization is started by standard Android means. Task, Notes and Categories sync can be started automatically with data change (in Android device).
