It fetches random images from InterfaceLift.com, Photo Of Day from National Geographic and also NASA Image of Day. Once installed, it leaves three shortcuts on your desktop, you can run these to start rotating with the wallpaper.
You can also access these from the start menu of Windows. The application is not compatible with Windows 7, but you can easily run it in compatibility mode for Windows XP or Vista.
