In such cases, GhostWin might be able to solve your problem. It is a freeware tool for Windows which allows you to make application windows transparent. You can make the application window slightly or completely transparent, and automatically adjusts the transparency level of windows that are being moved or sized so you can see what’s underneath them.
You can make the app to start with Windows and also make windows transparent when you move them. If you want to permanently set them transparent, then you can make it by using the top menu to move windows. GhostWin will add to the context menu of app top title bar.
