When you take photos using any digital camera, there are many information which is stored in the photo including the EXIF, XMP and IPTC data. When you open the image in any normal image viewer, you can view these data stored inside the image. Picture Information Extractor is an unique freeware picture browser and viewer with exquisite photo metadata and file renaming features. It extracts EXIF, XMP and IPTC from JPG, TIF and RAW files and makes it available in a convenient and welcoming interface.
Just select the photos from the folder and you can view all the details in the right side bar. The application interface is pretty neat although there are many sub windows to get information. With this tool, you can review pictures with all the metadata from almost any camera.
Although you can view the meta data information, you cannot edit or delete with the free version. You can export the information from any file.
