Facebook’s new timeline feature has started to roll out for all users now and this feature was announced back in October 2011. This feature allows users to Share and highlight your most memorable posts, photos and life events on your timeline. We had covered free sites which allows you to customize the Facebook timeline cover photo. Definition 6 has now released a new app, called Facebook Timeline movie maker, in collaboration with Facebook. The app creates a nice video from your Timeline posts and images over the years.
You can start creating the movie by visiting the site. Once you authorize to access the Facebook profile, it starts creating your movie from the memories. You need to have minimum of 75 photos as observed by QOT.
Once the movie is created, you can edit it by removing any particular photos you do not want to have and also change the soundtrack (original, nostalgic, cinematic, romantic and playful).
You can share the video with your friends and not subscribers and there is no option to embed the video on any other site. Overall, the idea of create the video is pretty nice and also the animations in the video look pretty good. Here is a demo video of the developer.
Hello nirmaltv! Facebook never ceases to amaze me with great features. This Facebook timeline movie maker can be tweaked to serve as a video editor with great effects for wannabee video editors like me. I will try to use this new feature to make a video promoting my beat selling business. Thanks comptricks for breaking this great news to me.
