Microsoft had released the public Preview of Office 2013 and it was available for download. Office 2013 comes with new metro UI and host of new features including in-build support for PDF editing. But the download type available was only a basic installer and the complete package was downloaded from the network while installing. But if you are looking to download Office 2013 via the full offline installer, you can now get it from Microsoft.
