Instagram is now a very popular photo sharing service which is available for iPhone and Android phones and allows you to quickly share your photos by applying filters to it. Although Instagram does not have a web service, you can use the third party tools to access the photos.
But there is no option to view the location of photos uploaded by the users. Worldc.am is a nice free web service which allows Instagram users to search by location.
The service is built on Foursquare, Instagram, Geonames and Geoplugin’s APIs, lets you search for Instagram photos of a specific location in any city in the world.
Once the service finds the location and photos, it displays the Foursquare location, maps and all the photos uploaded by users for that location. Worldcam sorts photos by date taken and the latest photos are shown at the top.
Overall Worldcam is a pretty decent service to locate photos.
Or you could just check out http://shuttur.com and use the tags to find exact images from specific locations
