With the release of iOS6 by Apple, two major changes were the removal of Google Maps as well as Youtube. Although Google had released the official YouTube app for iPhone, there was no native support for this app on iPad. But now Google has released the updated version of this app which now natively supports iPad. The app also takes advantage of the iPad 3and iPad 4’s Retina display. With the new app, you can also stream videos using AirPlay. The app is now available in the app store for download.
iPad support means a fully optimised view, with the sidebar menu and popular videos and also related videos when you play a particular video.
