Fake Follower Check is a free web service which allows you to check the amount of spam accounts following you. It checks your Twitter followers to see if they are real or fake. Or in other words, it checks to see how many spam accounts are following you. For those of you with 50,000 followers or less the app says they provide a very accurate insight into how many inactive and fake followers you have.
Apart from this it also show the amount of inactive users following you.
2. Fake Followers:
Fake Followers is yet another free service which allows you to find out the share of fake followers for your account. This service has a methodology to find out if a user is fake or not based on the tweets, its followers, spam phrases tweeted etc. Although the Fake Followers check is in beta, it’s pretty accurate, with a small error margin of roughly 10 – 15% as claimed by the developer.
Although these services help you find out spam accounts following you, they are never accurate as they employ different methods to find out a fake account.
