Lenovo had announced the A6000 Plus at the first sale of A7000 last week and the device has upgraded specs when compared to A6000 which was released back in Jan 2015. Following the success of the original A6000 smartphone which sold 300,000 units in short span, the company announced the Lenovo A6000 Plus at incredible price of Rs.7499/-. Considering the price and the specs it is being offered, it should attract a lot of buyers.
Now, the company is putting forward 100,000 units of the A6000 Plus for sale on Flipkart. This is the biggest in terms of number of units available in a flash sale. This flash sale is planned on Tuesday, 28th April and will kick off at 2:00 pm IST on Flipkart for users who register by 27th April 11:59pm.
The A6000 Plus features the same 5 inch HD display and will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor with 2GB RAM. The RAM has been upped from 1GB on the A6000. The phone will also come with 16GB internal storage which is again better than A6000 with 8GB storage. The phone will run Android 4.4 KitKat with Vibe UI and probably will be upgradable to Lollipop like the A6000.
Rest of the other features remain the same which includes 8MP rear camera and 2MP front camera. The phone also supports 4G LTE like the A6000.
The company is also having great success with the A7000 as well. The first sale saw 30000 units go out of stock in a matter of seconds, the second sale had 35000 units up for grabs.
