Some of these phones are water repellent and not IP certified.
Sony Xperia Z3

The Z3 compact comes with a 4.6 inch HD display with 1280 X 720 p resolution and is powered by a 2.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor with Adreno 330 GPU. The device also comes with 2GB of RAM and has 16GB internal storage which is expandable to 128GB via microSD card. The phone runs Android 4.4.4 KitKat and also comes with 20.7MP Primary Camera with Exmos RS sensor, HDR photos & videos, 4K video recording. There is also 2.2 MP front-facing camera with 1080p video recording. The device also has IP65/68 rating for dust and water resistance. The Sony Xperia Z3 compact comes in white, black, orange and green and is priced at Rs. 33,490.
Samsung Galaxy S5
Galaxy S5 comes with a 5.2 inch Full HD Super AMOLED display and runs on a 2.5 Ghz Quad core processor along with 2GB RAM. The device runs the latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat. There is also a 16MP camera with LED Flash and 4k recording capabilities. There is also a 2.1MP front facing camera. Galaxy S5 will be dust and water resistant and is IP67. The device will ship with 16/32GB internal memory and it is expandable to 64GB via microSD card. Sony Xperia M4 Aqua
The Xperia M4 Aqua comes with a 5.0 inch HD display (1280 X 720p) and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 Octa Core processor and this is the first Sony smartphones powered by this processor. There is 2GB RAM and 8 GB/16 GB internal storage which is expandable via micro SD card. Water Resistant Phones:
These phones are not really IP certified but it does come with water repellent coating, so they can be used in situations like rain, but cannot be submerged inside water.
Moto G
The new Moto G comes with 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection and powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor with Adreno 305 GPU with 1GB RAM. The device runs Android KitKat out of the box. It features 1GB RAM, 8GB / 16GB internal memory, expandable memory with microSD. Moto E (2015)
The Moto E 2015 features a 4.5 inch qHD display and is powered by a 1.2Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 Quad Core Processor or 1.2Ghz Snapdragon 200 Quad Core Processor (3G variant). There is 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage, up from 4GB on the first gen. The company has launched both the 3G and 4G LTE variant in India. Except for the processor, rest all features are same on both the devices. Similar to other Motorola phones, the Moto E will also be Flipkart exclusive. The new Moto E also comes with water resistant coating and also has front camera, which was missing in 1st generation model. The device is priced at Rs 6999.
