LG G4 is the flagship device for the company for 2015 and it is the successor of LG G3. The new flagship comes with 5.5 inch Quad HD 2560×1440 display with 534ppi and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. Design wise, the phone has power and volume keys in the rear panel similar to the G3.Unlike other flagship devices, the G4 does not run on Snapdragon 810, but it features the Snapdragon 808 hexa-core processor which is clocked at 1.8GHz and Adreno 418 GPU.
The phone features 3GB of RAM and comes with 32GB internal storage which is expandable via micro SD card to 128GB. Here is the unboxing and hands on with the device.

Design wise the LG G4 has lot of resemblance to the predecessor and had curved rear panel. The rear panel does not feature the self healing back cover found on G Flex 2, but comes with a textured scratch resistant cover and also features leather back panels. The device is made of polycarbonate material. LG has a proprietary treatment to the leather cover, but the durability aspects doesn’t look that great.
The power and volume keys are located on the rear panel below the 16MP camera unit. There is also laser autofocus and dual tone LED flash. The overall quality of the rear panel looks good, but might be prone to scratches. The front panel has the 5.5 inch Quad HD display, 8MP front camera and the LG logo at the bottom. The microUSB charging slot and 3.5mm audio jack are located at the bottom. The rear panel is removable.
The display on the device is a 5.5 inch Quad HD panel with 538pixels per inch. The display is vibrant and sharp and look very good and the touch response is also very good. The phone has single SIM card (although there is also dual SIM variant) support with 4G support. There is also microSD for expansion slot. The phone comes with 3000mAh battery included which is removable. The phone comes with 32GB internal storage.
The phone utilizes the Snapdragon 808 Quad core processor with Adreno 418GPU along with 3GB of RAM. The performance was great in the first use and there was no lag. The phone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with custom UI from LG.
