Windows 10 final releasing id arriving this month with tons of new features including the new start screen and also Cortana. WE have covered in detail about Windows 10 and also covered a detailed FAQ on the new OS. While there are lot of changes to Windows 10, one area Microsoft hasn’t done any change is the volume control.
This is where a new simple app called Ear Trumpet works beautifully. It is a new app for Windows 10 which allows individual volume control for each open app.
As you can see from the image, the app runs in the background and can be accessed from the system tray. An icon is visible in the form of a trumpet and clicking it brings the volume control. The speciality of the app is that it shows volume control for each of the app which is open.
For example you cans set different levels of volume for Skype and Windows Media player if they are open simultaneously. As of now this app works only with latest build of Windows 10 as some of the APIs required for the app exist only in the latest version of Windows 10.
