Xiaomi entered India on July 22nd with the launch of their first device, the Mi3 and it was a huge success. The company subsequently launched the Redmi 1S, Redmi Note, Xiaomi Mi4, Redmi 2, Mi4i and also range of accessories. The company is celebrating their first year in India with the launch of the 32GB version of Mi4i.
Xiaomi Mi4i was the company’s first official launch outside China and the device was launched in India in April. The phone packs a 5 inch Full HD display and is powered by the Snapdragon 615 Octa core processor with 2GB RAM.
One of the issues with the Mi4i was the lack of microSD card support which left users with the built in 16GB internal storage and only around 11.5GB was user available. Now the company is fixing this issue with the launch of new 32GB variant of Mi4i. Apart from this rest all features remain the same and the phone packs a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera for selfies.
The dual 4G SIM card enable phone has 3120mAh battery and it runs on Xiaomi’s MIUI skin on top of Android Lollipop. The phone is priced Rs 14999 and will go on sale on July 28th 2PM on Mi.com
Woww man.. 32 GB memory… cool features.. Mi certainly has taken the market by storm.. Samsung, HTC and other big brands are getting less in demand now a days..
