Along with the launch of the budget phone, the Infocus M370, the company also announced two devices in the mid range and high end category. The M812 is the company’s flagship or high end device which sports a 5.5-inch (1920 ×1080 pixels) Full HD display and is powered by 2.5 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor with 3GB of RAM.
The phone also features 16GB internal memory, expandable memory up to 64GB with microSD. The device runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with the custom InLife UI from Infocus.
On the imaging front the phone has 13MP rear camera with true tone LED Flash and a 8MP front-facing camera, 88-degree wide-angle lens fir selfies and video calls. The phone is just 7.38mm thick and weighs only 120gms. There is 4G LTE along with USB OTG and a 2900mAh battery included.
The InFocus M808 on the other hand features a smaller 5.2-inch (1920 ×1080 pixels) Full HD display and is powered by 1.3GHz Octa-Core 64-bit MediaTek MT6753 processor with 450MHz Mali-T720 MP2 GPU instead of the Snapdragon processor. There is 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage included in the phone which is expandable via microSD card.
The phone has Android 5.1 Lollipop with the custom UI and on the imaging front the phone packs a 13MP rear camera and 5MP front camera. The M808 also features 4G LTE support along with 2450mAh battery.
Both the devices feature an anodized aluminum unibody design and looks pretty good.
InFocus M812 is priced at Rs. 19,999, while the M808 is priced 12999. Both these devices will go on sale in September this year in India.
