HTC has announced the new One M9+ which the company calls Supreme Camera. There isn’t any major upgrade to the existing One M9+ except for the camera. The phone is now equipped with a 21MP camera with OIS and laser auto focus.
The phone comes with 5.2-inch (1440 x 2560 pixels) Quad HD display and is powered by 2.2 GHz MediaTek Helio X10 (MT6795T) Octa-Core 64-bit processor with 3GB of RAM.
The phone has 32GB internal storage which is expandable to 2TB via SD card. The phone still have the dual camera type set up, but instead of the secondary camera, it is occupied by the laser auto focus unit.
The phone comes with Android Lollipop with Sense UI on top of it. The phone has 2,840mAh battery and front-facing BoomSound stereo speakers and the fingerprint scanner integrated with the home button.
The front facing camera is an ultra pixel unit. The phone also comes with the usual connectivity options including 4G LTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi. The phone is priced $630 and will be available in Taiwan in the first week of October.
