Back in August, Xiaomi had announced the new version of their ROM, the MIUI 7 and was released as a beta version for all Xiaomi devices. We had also covered on how to install this latest beta ROM on your device. The new version of MIUI 7 comes with new features and also speed improvements over the previous versions. Today, Xiaomi has announced that the final stable global build of MIUI 7 is now available for Xiaomi devices and these devices can be upgraded to latest version.
As of now the devices which will be getting the MIUI 7 are Mi4, Mi Note, Mi3, Redmi 2/ Prime, Redmi 1S, Redmi Note and Mi Pad. Mi4i does not feature in this list, but the device would be getting this update later.
We have been using MIUI 7 for quite some time now and even the beta version was pretty stable for us. The new version of MIUI 7 is faster and also more battery efficient. It also comes with 4 new themes to choose from. You can either upgrade to the latest version using the Updater app on your Mi device or download the ROM using the link below and copy it to the internal storage and select manual upgrade in the updater app.

Wat abt update for redmi note 3g?

please give update for redmi note 3g miui v7
Hi Nirmal. Thank you for a page where “normal people” can read, and, understand at least the most of what is written, without being a datatechnician! Though, as the novice I am, I have to beg you to help me find out what are the “right” versions of “ROM, MIU”I, and all the other shortened words that are being used to describe the status of the telephone. I once was told to do “this- and that” to sort out some obviously wrong things going on “inside” of my telephone, Xiaomi Mi3 W after asking for help because the phone looked and worked quite strange in many ways, like half of the homepage was written in Chinese, the other half was written in English/Norwegian! Now, there are “just a few” words written in Chinese and some in English. The phone was ordered with Norwegian as “working language”, as I am a Norwegian and I am not so clever in English. My “problem today” are that after the “help” I received some months ago I am not sure if I have the correct MIUI, and how I can change something without crash the whole telephone.
The data that I can read out regarding my phone is: Mi3 W, MIUI 7 5.12.11 Beta, Andriod ver: 4.4.4 KTU84P and build number KTU84P. I am afraid to do something that I can not find out of! I do like the phone very much, but with those things that are not like they should have been, I need some advice, told to me as you tell a five years old kid! I am, at that level when it comes to data and phone related adjustments! Thats a fact! I really hope you have time, and the will to help me out, please?
Sincerely, Per Lageng, Norway.
