Windows 10 comes with several universal apps which are built in to the OS. These apps include calculator, calendar, email, alarm, camera, photos, music, video and more. While you can uninstall apps you have installed on Windows 10, there is no option to uninstall the built in apps in the OS. So fi you are not using a built in app, there is no option to remove it.
But now, the latest version of CCleaner, the popular app to clean up your PC, offers the ability to remove stock or built in apps from Windows 10.
The latest version of CCleaner (5.1.1) comes with support to uninstall these apps. You can either get the portable version of download the full installer of CCleaner. Once the application is running, navigate to Tools-> Uninstall. The app will populate the list of all the apps installed in Windows 10 and here you will be able to see the built in apps as well.
Just select the app which you want to remove and hit the uninstall button. You get a final prompt asking for confirmation. This option in CCleaner is pretty handy as you don’t have to uninstall these apps manually using commands.
