Lenovo has had a great year in 2015 with the launch of multiple devices which were a huge success. One of the most popular devices in the sub 10k price point in India is the Lenovo K3 Note (Review). The K3 Note was a huge success in India as it packed almost everything you wanted in a phone priced below Rs 10,000. Today, the company has announced the successor of the K3 Note, the Lenovo Vibe K4 Note.
The Lenovo Vibe K4 Note comes with quite a lot of upgrades when compared to the previous generation. One of the main aspects is the design and build quality while the K3 Note was all plastic body, the new K4 Note comes in all metallic body. It is powered by Octa Core 1.3 Ghz CPU MediaTek 6753 processor and comes with 5.5 inch Full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
One of the additions to the K4 Note is the fingerprint scanner which is located below the camera unit. The phone also packs a 13MP rear camera with dual tone LED flash and a front-facing 5MP camera for selfies. It comes with Gyroscope, Light sensor, Accelerometer and Proximity sensors. Lenovo K4 Note comes with 3GB of RAM compared to 2GB of RAM on the K3 Note. Apart from this, the smartphone will also feature 16GB of internal storage, which is double of what the K3 Note offers. You can also expand the storage via micro SD card up to 128GB.
The software on the device is Android 5.1 Lollipop with custom Vibe UI.
The phone comes with a dual front-facing speakers with Dolby Atmos feature. Connectivity features on the K4 Note include dual-SIM card slots, 4G LTE support, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS. There is also a 3300mAh Battery on the device. The K4 Note weighs 150 grams and is 7.7mm in thickness.
The phone is priced Rs 11,999 and available exclusively on Amazon starting January 19th, registrations for the device starts 3PM today.
Is the phone body same as Lenovo A7010 aka Lenovo Vibe X3 Lite? It looks pretty similar. Are they same? Something like K3 Note & A7000???
