3 year after since the first version of Surface tablets were launched by Microsoft, the company has officially announced the availability of the premium tablets in India. The company has launched the premium Surface Pro 4 and the previous generation Surface Pro 3 in India. At only 8.4 mm thin, it features a stunning 12.3-inch PixelSense Display with 5 million pixels, 267 PPI and 3:2 aspect ratio for comfortable viewing.
The Surface Pro 4 launched in India has price of Rs 89,990 for the base variant which is powered by Core i5 processor with 4GB of RAM and 128GB SSD. The company has also announced Surface Pro 3 with Core i3 processor with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage for Rs 73,990.
On the imaging aspect the tablet comes with 8MP rear and 5MP front camera. The powerful 2-in-1 tablet has great design and also comes with various accessories like keyboard and Surface pen. Portability is the main feature of Surface Pro 3 with its slim and lightweight design. The Surface Pro 4 runs Windows 10 and comes with Windows Hello authentication.
The company is also announcing the Surface Pro 3 which is the predecessor of the Pro 4. It is powered by 4th Generation Intel Core i3, i5, or i7 processor with 4GB or 8GB RAM along with 64GB, 128GB, 256GB and 512GB storage options. Surface Pro 3 is priced Rs 73,990.
The tablets are available exclusive to Amazon for a period of 6 months. Pre-order for the tablet starts today and shipping starts on Jan 17th.
