HTC India has launched yet another mid range phone, the Desire 728. This device was first announced in September last year and now the phone has made its way to India. The HTC Desire 728 comes with 5.5 inch HD (1280 X720p) display and is powered by Octa-Core MediaTek MT6753 64-bit processor coupled with 2GB of RAM.
The phone has 16GB internal storage which is expandable to 2TB via micro SD card.
On the imaging front the phone has 13MP rear camera with LED flash and 5MP front camera. Both the camera are capable of 1080p recording. The phone has Android 5.1 Lollipop and HTC’s Sense UI on top of it.
It also comes with dual front-facing BoomSound speakers and Dolby Audio.
The device comes with dual SIM card support and 4G LTE. Other connectivity options include WiFi b/g/n Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS with a-GPS. HTC Desire 728 comes in Purple Myst and White colours and it is priced at Rs. 17,990. Comparing the specs and price with other mid range phones like OnePlus X, HTC Desire 728 does not seem great value for money, but it will be readily available across dealers in India in the coming weeks.
