Back in January, OPPO had launched a selfie focussed smartphone, the Oppo F1. During the launch, the company had mentioned about F1 Plus which will be coming soon. Today, the company has announced the Oppo F1 Plus in India. The speciality of F1 Plus is the massive 16MP front selfie camera. The Oppo F1 Plus comes with a 5.5 inch Full HD Display (1080p) with an AMOLED panel.
It is powered by 2.0Ghz Octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 (MT6755) processor with 700MHz Mali T860MP2 GPU coupled with 4GB of RAM.
The internal storage of the device is 64GB which can be expanded to 128GB via micro SD card. The phone runs on Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) with ColorOS 3.0. The phone comes with 13MP rear camera with f/2.2 aperture and 4K video recording. The front camera is at 16MP front-facing camera, f/2.0 aperture, 78.1-degree wide-angle lens.
It also comes with dual SIM card support which is also a hybrid one. The phone comes with 2850mAh battery with VOOC flash charging technology.
On the connectivity front, the phone comes with VoLTE support, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and Micro USB. It also includes a fingerprint scanner integrated into the home button. The phone has a metal body and it does look quite good.
Oppo F1 Plus comes in two colors- Gold and Rose Gold. The phone is priced at Rs. 26,990 and will be available across India starting from mid-April.
