Xiaomi has announced the new budget or entry level phone, the Redmi 8A. The Redmi 8A is the successor of the Redmi 7A launched in July this year. The Redmi 8A comes with a host of new features and is a massive upgrade over the Redmi 7A. It packs a notched display and is powered by Snapdragon 439 octa core processor and also has a new design which looks good. 1. 5000mAh Battery:

With the Redmi 8A, Xiaomi has upgraded the battery. While the Redmi 7A came with 4000mAh battery, the Redmi 8A packs a massive 5000mAh battery and this should be able to give you great battery life. With moderate usage, you can expect a battery life of almost 2 days with the Redmi 8A.

2. 12MP Sony IMX363 Sensor:

Redmi 8A comes with a 12MP rear camera with Sony IMX363 sensor, while the selfie camera on the front is 8MP. The Sony IMX363 sensor is one of the popular camera sensors available and it has been used on pixel smartphones as well. This is probably the first smartphone to include this sensor in the budget segment.

3. 18W Fast Charging:
