What is Hard Reset?
There are mainly three types of reset, one of them is soft reset, which is basically restarting your phone. The second reset is the hard reset, which is basically forcing your phone to reset by itself without using the software or touch screen. And the third reset is the factory reset, which is wiping your phone of all the data and resetting it to the condition when you bought the phone. So hard reset is performed when your phone has some issues and not responding to the touch screen.
